Justeen Dormer - Legal Consultant
Justeen provides consultancy services to Kreston Dormers’ clients through Dormers Commercial Lawyers and Consultants, a boutique commercial law firm she established in conjunction with Stephanie Fendekian following several years working for a national top tier firm in the area of commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Justeen has a wealth of expertise in corporate and commercial law and advises clients in the corporate, professional services, insurance and manufacturing sectors. Justeen acts for clients in relation to a wide range of legal issues including business structures and asset protection, corporate governance, contractual disputes, acquisitions, insolvency and professional negligence. She also represents clients at mediations, arbitrations and in the Federal, Supreme, District and Local Court.
Justeen enjoys working closely with her clients to identify their key objectives in order to achieve a favourable commercial outcome.
