Currently, many employers are burdened with paperwork by having to pay superannuation contributions into numerous superannuation funds on behalf of their employees.

Under the new initiative announced by the Federal Government, employers with fewer than 20 staff will be able to use a free superannuation clearing house to process payments of contributions into various super funds nominated by their employees.
|

By using the clearing house, employers will be able to pay their superannuation contributions electronically to a single location thereby reducing their administration work.
|
| 4. |
The service which is budgeted to cost the Federal Government about $16.1 million will begin in July, 2010.
